HOW DO I GET AN APPOINTMENT?

You do not need a GP referral to see us- you can book direct. Your GP is also able to refer to us on your behalf. If you think we can help you with your condition please contact us for an appointment so we can help you.

WHERE CAN I BE SEEN?

Staffordshire Surgical run regular clinics at both Regency Spire Macclesfield and Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford. Where possible, initial consultations are preferably done face to face. It is, of course, very understandable if you would prefer a telephone consultation and we will work with you to make this happen.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?

Typically your initial appointment can be arranged within a week. Waiting times for diagnostic scans are typically no longer than a fortnight. Waiting time for endoscopy and surgery is a little prolonged currently due to the COVID-19 situation but will likely be significantly quicker than the NHS equivalent.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Please contact us for information regarding an initial appointment. The cost of the initial appointment is non-refundable. Once you have been seen we will provide you with a quote for the rest of your treatment and you have the choice of whether to proceed. If you are using insurance please makes sure you have the appropriate level of cover- otherwise you may be personally liable for any shortfall in funding.
